Maintenance Contract

Type 1: Annual Service Contact

This contract is purely a non-comprehensive support only. This contract covers only service visits, breakdown calls and regular maintenance visits. Repair and replacements will be done only after the approval of our estimation from the consigned authority. In case if the customer is willing to arrange spares we will support and do the installation.

Type 2: Annual Maintenance Covers

This contract is comprehensive contract for the hardware. This contract covers break down calls and regular visits, hard disk, floppy disk drive, monitor and all Electronics parts. All replacements done on the computer system and printers except for the for printer head, picture tube, data loss due to hard crash due to power problem in the site and consumables.

Type 3: Break down call service

This service is available for the customers those who are not in contract, the service will be charged for calls attended and recurring calls.

Type 4: Network Support and designing

We are well experienced in designing and implementing the LAN/WAN in all OS like DOS/NOVELL/ WINDOWS/WINDOWS-NT & LINUX. We also do maintenance of the above networks.

Type 5: Software development

We have a team of software developers who can provide customised applications as per the customer requirements. We do Domain Registration, Web site/Home Pages developments and maintenance at a very competitive price.

Type 6: Mail servers

We are well versed in setting up in mail server environments and support is extended after installations.

Call Management Procedure:

Call to be logged by the customer with product/problem details. Monthly reports will be submitted.

Repair Management Procedure:

Quotation for repairs/replacement will be sent via FAX or Email. After FAX or Email approval, repair/replacement will be carried out.

Logistics Management Procedure:

In case components have to be taken out for repair/replacement, transportation charges will be borne by the customer. All material will be taken out for repair/ replacement only with prior approval from the customer by in writing or FAX or Email.
